The Final details and Wedding day management
You are doing an amazing job at planning your own wedding. Deciding what you want your wedding to look like, inviting everyone and keeping them informed, booking suppliers and staying on top of your budget which is great, however, the one thing that may disturb your plans is your ability to be in 2 places at once.
As a professional and committed wedding day manager, we will work together in the weeks leading up to your wedding so that you feel confident that there is someone available on the day to act as your eyes and ears, someone who is going to ensure that the day unfolds in exactly the right way and to the plan that you have designed.
Prices for On the Day coordination start from £1,200
Includes support from the moment you book, management of the schedule and suppliers from the final details meeting until your wedding day and 10 hours on the day management.
Additional hours can be booked separately if required.
Included with Wedding Day Management
Consultation at the venue between 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding day to discuss plans and supplier details.

Liaison with the venue and suppliers on your behalf, a detailed written schedule will be provided to them all confirming times and delivery details.

Oversee the venue decoration and set up, receive deliveries and ensure the tables are set correctly with name cards, favours, centre pieces and place settings are as per your instructions.
​
Ensure suppliers display their products in the agreed areas at the time allocated. Deal directly with these suppliers in the event of them being delayed or encountering any last-minute emergencies.

Constantly be available to you in person to offer reassurance and guidance where needed. Also offer advice to the bridal party on etiquette and ensure they are wearing the correct button holes and are dressed appropriately.

Organise and distribute flowers to the bridal party, family members and guests if required.
​
Onsite management and supervision throughout the ceremony and reception to make sure each event runs smoothly into the next.
​
Use discretion with suppliers who require payment on the day or last minute changes.
Provide emergency wedding day pack consisting of first aid items, sewing kit, make up, nail glue, mirror and much more.
